Let’s stay real here. Corporate had never been designed to make us happy or successful
Corporate is set up to create money for the owner of the organization. So we cannot let any organization be responsible for providing conditions we are blossoming in. We need to take our power back and start creating that for ourselves.
The problem is not
that it is not possible to create happiness and success in corporate.
The problem is
that we did not learn HOW to create that for us.

Exhaustion, boredom, overworking, stagnant career progression - not acceptable for haute corporate women
Unfortunately this is accepted reality by our society. Meaning you are constantly confirmed by social norm: ‘It is normal that you do not feel happy, it is normal not to be as successful as you could be, to be bored or exhausted, because that is just as it is.’
But this is not acceptable for Haute Corporate Women. Just because something is collective norm, does not mean we accept it.
